im currently experiencing pain in my lower left side from my back to my abdomen when I urinate I have a brown gritty like discharge the pain is constant and on a scale of 1 to 10 id say around 7 ive previously had and ectopic pregnancy in 2008 Iand the pain feels similar I had my right fallopian tube removed do you think it could be happening again?
