What Does Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Vaginal Bleeding Post Endoscopy Suggest?

Hi there, I went for an endoscopy two days ago to check my liver and spline. Since then I have continued with my daily routines and diets (including 2/3 glasses of wine p/night) and now I am experiencing horrible abdominal pains, bloating, cramping and heavy vaginal bleeding (dark red) I am at the end of my ovulation so I am suggesting it isn t my period. Is this normal?
