What Does Absence Of MS Mean After Delivery?

Hi there, im a female aged 32 and gave birth 8 months ago, normal pregnancy no pain relief apart from gas and air. 6 days postpartum i was rushed into hospital with low heart rate. I felt ok just weak, dizzy and felt my heart beating slow and it was, but there was a connection with my blood pressure because everytime my heart rate went low, my blood pressure went sky high, or maybe it was the other way round, it might have been everytime my blood pressure went up my heart went low, not sure which came first. Anyhow since then i get palpitations, and it feels like something is squeezing the left hand side of my chest because it feels like its under pressure. i call these episodes because they come and go. I also get bad left leg pain which starts at the back of my knee, its painful like cramp, and i also get pins and needles in my toes in the left foot, these spread up my leg to the shin. sometimes when my leg pain is bad it feels as though its travelling up towards the centre of my chest and i get palpitations, is this possible? i have had several tests, echo, holter, event monitor, exercise stress, camera down my throat, nerve conductive study on my leg, brain scan. only thing that shown up was occasional low heart rate at 6 beats per min, occasional PVC on holter monitor, nerve conductive study normal, echo normal apart from mild MR, brain scan small non specific lesion on left frontal lobe of white matter, doc said i do not have MS. trouble is these symptoms, any advice or help?
