What Does Absence Of Fetal Pole During Pregnancy Indicate?

hi doctor, i m 5weeks 5days pregnant a/c to the TVS, but they did not found any fetal pole or yolk sac still...my doctor asked to terminate this pregnancy because i did terminate my first pregnancy almost @ 4 month almost 41/2 yrs ago.Doctors are saying that because i did that i cant be pregnant anymore in future. My periods are also not regular. Please suggest.
