What Does Absence Of Periods After Miscarriage Indicate?

Hello I had a d@c in February The reason was I had a miscarriage and I haven t had a period yet this is now April I was by the way 7 weeks pregnant I been having alot of pain as of today in my lower stomach and don t know why and alot of pressure too please respond is it normal
