What Does Abundant Superficial, Intermediate, And Parabasal Cells With No Evidence Of Malignancy Or Dysplasia Mean In My Pap Smear Report?

Had my pap smear test done and the result: Abundant superficial, intermediate and parabasal cells. Endocervical and metaplastic cells are present. Abundant polymorphs and red blood cells. No monilia or trichomonas seen. No evidence of malignancy or dysplasia.
