What Does Aches And Swelling On Shoulder Joint Indicate?

Hi Doc I just received a TB skin test yesterday am. By late afternoon envening my shoulder joint started to ache and swell. Could this be a reaction to the PPD? I have had many prior TB tests and never had this type of reaction? Test site is fine no erythema or swelling.
