What Does All This Means:Along The Radial And Palmar Aspect

What does all this means:Along the radial and palmar aspect of the long finger at the level of the
distal interphalangeal joint, there is a lobulated mass measuring 2.9 cm
craniocaudal x 1.9 cm transverse x 1 cm AP. The mass demonstrates
heterogeneous intermediate T1/intermediate to increased T2 and proton
density signal intensity and heterogeneous enhancement. The lesion is
outlined by low signal intensity with internal foci of low signal
intensity compatible with hemosiderin. There is associated mass effect
upon the underlying long finger flexor tendon. Scalloping of the long
finger middle and distal phalanges is seen without overt cortical
destruction. Subtle cystic changes and mild edema are seen along the
radial aspect of the long finger middle phalanx. Mild skin thickening and
soft tissue edema are noted about the distal long finger.

Marrow signal intensity is otherwise normal without significant joint
effusion.

The visualized ligaments and tendons are intact. No fluid collection is
seen.
