My dad s MRI scan results is as below pls tell me what is his disease Ventricular system and basal cisterns appear normal. Rest of the bilateral cerebral sulci are unremarkable. ⚫ Sella and parasellar regions appear normal. • Visualized major intracranial arteries at the skull base show normal flow voids. IMPRESSION Imaging features are of an intra axial, relatively non enhancing, cortical based right frontal lesion with calcifications possibly an oligodendroglioma, D/D - DNET. ⚫ Chronic small vessel ischemic changes - Fazeka s type I.
