What Does An Oval Lump In Vagina Indicate?

hi I am due a smear test and have felt an oval lump? or can the cervix move im not sure if that s what I have felt as its over to the left and I thought the cervix was at the end of the vagina? confused, my menstural cycle is due and I do get bad pain from the left side of my womb. any advice
