What Does An Uncomfortable Feeling On Penis After Sex Indicate?

I recently had sex about a week ago and I used a condom but towards the end it broke. I noticed a couple days after and uncomfortable feeling at the top of my penis on the inside. It does not burn when I pee and I don't see anything wrong on the outside. What could this be?
