What Does Anti Dsdna 1:10 Positive Mean? I've Been Diagnosed

What does anti dsdna 1:10 positive mean? I've been diagnosed with sle at the age of 25 (male) but have had no symptoms ever. Recently had a fever, sore throat n weakness. My platelet count was low and I had pigmentation across my face and occasional nose and gum bleeds. I was put on steroids (dexamethasone) to increase platelet count and now am trying to taper them slowly but the days I do not have it, I feel low and usually ache slightly. What can I do about this? I was dismissed by several doctors saying it was just a viral infection. What is it really? I feel perfect now but the days I'm told to miss my steroid, I feel tired and have slight aches. Are these withdrawals?
