What Does Asymmetry In Breast Mean?

Hi I am 58 years old and have had regular mammograms for the past 10 years all normal. Last one yesterday I have been called back with the explanation asymetry in right breast. I am freaked out... scheduled for diagnostic ultrasound etc next week... what does asymetry in breast mean?
