What Does Atypical Cells In A CT Scan Report Indicate?

I had a cystoscopy procedure and a computerized tomography (CT) scan to examine my bladder and urinary tract for abnormalities. Came back normal. However urine test showing atypical cells. My urologist wants me to take another urine specimen. reasons for concern?
