4 years ago tempnoplasy was done with me.but recently i did pure tone audiometry.the result is bc>ac in both year.in left 75 db,right 55 db.what is d meaning.am i a partially deaf.what should i do to get normal hearing abilityatleast upto 60 yr. my ge is 24
