What Does Bibasilar Atelectasis Vs. Infiltrate And A Small Pneumatocele In A Chest X-ray Mean, Especially With Emphysema And Recent Rib And Humerus Fractures?

Could you please explain what all this means from my chest x-ray. *The trachea and carina are patent * Bibasilar atelectasis versus infiltrate *Small pneumatocele within the left lung base I have emphysema and was recently involved in atv accident which resulted in my humerus being broken in 4 places and also #6 & #7 ribs are fractured.
