What Does Bilateral Enlarged Ovaries With Multiple Follicles Mean?

hi i m had been for a complete organ check up as i had low heamoglobin count (7.5). then i was detected with bilateral enlarged ovaries with multiple tiny follicles arranged peripherally within echogenic stroma. what will be the consequences of this? how will this really effect in my lifetime? now i checked and my heamoglobin count is normal (12.6). so do i have to really worry about this cause, i m a women and will it hav any effect on going to-be a mother?
