My CX Said bilateral hyperexpansion. Lungs are clear of congruent airspace disease. No evidence of large pleural effusion.cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal in contour. The Impression was bilateral hyper expansion w/o evidence of acute cardiopulmonary process. Your comments please
