What Does Black Dots On Labia Minora Indicate?

I just noticed black hard dots on my labia minora. The left one. This side is very dry no moisture and it does itch some. I have never been diagnosed with an STI and have been married for 6 years now and never with another man. So I am really concerned what this could be please help me. Thank you
