What Does Black Spots In Tonsils Indicate?

My 31 year old daughter has had many serious tonsil infections. She acquired steven johnson s disease a year and a half ago from bactrim antibiotic. After 10 days in thee hospital she recovered. However, she is still having problems with her tonsils. Now she has 2 small black spots on her tonsils, does this mean she has cancer?
