What Does Bleeding After Bowel Movement Indicate?

After sometimes pushing to have a wee or poo I occasionally have some watery blood when I wipe it s not enough to need to wear a pad. If I really strain it also feels as if I get very swollen down below. Have just had my smear test come back okay also.
