What Does Bleeding After Unprotected Sex Indicate?

Sir i had unprotected sex on last of january within 3 days of ending my period.& took unwanted 72.i experianced a bleeding after 7 days which was less than normal.still now i my period is missing!what shall i do?is there a chanc of pregnancy? Pls help.
