What Does Bleeding And White Fatty Tissue While Breastfeeding Suggest?

Hi had a c section 5 months ago. Some weird bleeding on and off since no period because I am breast feeding. Bleed is more like a bloody fluid that the come out.well today a white fatty tissue cam out it looked like as sack on the end there was a vain like string with lots of fatty tissue around it. What could it be
