What Does Bleeding While Having Stitched Cervical During Pregnancy Suggest?

Hi im 17 weeks pregnant today and had a cervical stitch placed at 13 weeks due to one preterm pregnancy and two miscarriages..a week ago I started spotting but wasn t much than during this week I started bleeding like a normal period mostly when I wee with an odor some kind of fishy smell ...please help
