What Does Blistering At Wound Site After A Dog Bite Suggest?

I was bit by a dog 36 hrs. ago. It's starting to heal. I have run hydrogen peroxide over it every 12 hrs. and let it dry. Then applied antibiotic ointment. Did not cover wound area. One of the punctures has a very tiny area on the side where it is blistering a little. Do you know what causes that?
