What Does Blood Blisters On Liver In CT Scan Mean?

Hi, my GP told me that I have some blood blisters on liver? he found these from the CT scan. I am not sure what does that mean. GP did not ask me to have further test or suggest any treatment.... I dont ave any symptoms now, I had some pain( not constently, only lasting for few days) when urinating 2 month ago, that was why GP asked me to have the CT scan. thanks.
