What Does Blood Pressure Of 103/72 And Pulse Of 132 Indicate?

I have been laying on the couch watching tv and I feel light headed and dizzy when I move around, so I took my Blood pressure and pulse my Bp was 103/72 and my pulse is 132 should I be worried or go to the ER? I am 29 years old and on 2 different Bp meds
