What Does Blood Sugar Of 500 And BP 70/40 While Having Parkinson's Suggest?

My friend's Mom recently had an E.R. run. Her blood sugar got up to 500, and her blood pressure got down to 70/40. She has diabetes, and Parkinson's. The staff and Doctors did not know what was happening. Since she is heavily medicated for Parkinson's, could it be possible that it is "capping" her symptoms so well, but that if the Parkinson's is still going on, that "pressure" could "leak out"/explode.
Thanks for your insight as to what might be happening.
