What Does Bloody Discharge And Vomiting Indicate?

Hi normally i get this feeling in my stomach like my stomach is boiling and then I vomit but only water what could that be? And two days now am experiencing bloody discharge which at first I thought It was my period because this is the time iwas suppose to see the my periods but its just a discharge
