What Does Blunted Appearance Of The Lateral Meniscus And The Resolution Of Previous Bone Marrow Contusion For My Right Knee In My MRI Report Mean?

Hello, I wanted to know what my results mean for my right knee? This was the result from the MRI. Menisci: Mild motion. Slightly blunted appearance of a portion of the free edge posterior horn lateral meniscus, and otherwise no significant change in appearance of the lateral meniscus without discrete tear. The medial meniscus is not significantly changed without discrete tear. IMPRESSION: 1. Interval resolution of the previous mild bone marrow contusion of the lateral tibial plateau and joint effusion. Slight blunting of the free edge posterior horn lateral meniscus. The remaining exam is otherwise unremarkable.
