What Does Brown Discharge After Periods Indicate?

I need help I took a plan b about the 5th of last month i took the plan b about 12 hours after unprotected sex... I took a pregnancy test after my expected period it was negative my period happened normally on the 1rst my I now have brown discharge this never happened to me before what does it mean... Should I take another pregnancy test?
