What Does Brown Discharge With Blood From Vagina Indicate?

Hi I wanna ask about my period it is usually 26 days at this month in the day 26 till 28 I had light yellow discharge at day 29 I had a brown discharge then some blood and then stopped at the next day I had the same scenario of brown discharge and blood then the blood stopped and I noticed while urination I had blood with mucus texture in the toilet what does this mean is it sign of hormonal imbalance or a sign of pregnancy or anything else?
