What Does Brown Odorless Discharge Post Partum Suggest?

Hi. I am almost 3 months post partum and am having brown odorless discharge. I can't tell you the last time I've had my period because I was taking birth control and I am breastfeeding. My husband and I were intimate last night, could he have cut me and caused the discharge? Is it something else?
