What Does Brown Spotting And Slimy Discharge Mean?

Hello I have been experiencing some brown spotting and slimy discharge the discharge started last night during intercourse it wasnt due to anything sexual and has continued all day today. Me and my husband had sex on the 13th of this month 5 days after that is when I experienced the spotting I also have pcos but these have never been any of my symptoms to pcos I took a pregnancy test today and because it has only been 9 days since the sex and im assuming only 4 days since I had the implantation bleeding the test was negative but could these be signs that I might be pregnant? When I dipped the test in my urine and pulled it out there was a long string of slimy discharge what is going on?
