What Does Brownish Hyper Pigmentation And Pimples Post Being Off Roacutain Suggest?

Hi, I m having major skin problems. I had acne and was put in roacutain, since being off it for the last 8 months, I m finding that I get brownish hyper pigmentation spots and due to my diabetes, it takes a long time for a pimple to heal. I currently use a gentle dermslogica cleanser, I then use an applecidar vinigar toner, half water, half vinigar that I ve made myself followed by moisturiser. Please give me some advice as to what to do??
