What Does Brownish Spotting And Delayed Periods Indicate?

hi.. i am 15 days delayed.. my Lmp nov.24, i took 3 PT. and its all negative. my ob.check me and said that i am not preggy (dec.30)and she gave me provera 10 mg.. i got brown spotting last jan.6 and the nxt day jan.7 have a bit of red blood and slightly brownish.and today jan.8 turns again in brown spotting.i am confused,if it is my period?what should i do to have my full flow of period.i need your help.thank you!
