What Does Bulky, Anteverted Uterus With Multiple Fibroids Mean?

Please help me understand : UTERUS is bulky in size, anteverted in position. It measures 12.6 x 7.1cms. Multiple fibroids are noted in the uterus, largest two measures approx 97 x 86mm and 48 x 45mm in size in posterior and anterior wall respectively. ENDOMETRIUM is displaced anteriorly and its thickness measures 6.1mm. Left ovary is normal in size and echotexture. it meausres 37 x 26 x 21mm, vlume -10.7cc. Right ovary is not visualised in TAS. No free fluid seen in cul-de-sac. MY Hb is 6.8
