What Does Bulky Ovary With Consistent Appearances And Hemorrhagic Cyst Mean?

My left ovary is bulky with dimensions of 50x 49 x 39 mm (49ml). It contains a 33mm complex cyst containing numerous echoes. The appearances are consistent with a hemorrhagic cyst. what does this mean? I have a progress examination in 6-8 weeks, been referred to a gynecologist due to irregular PV ( what is this?) as there was blood present on my pap smear test.
