What Does Bulky Uterus Mean?

ultrasonography report says, UTERUS IS BULKY ( AP diameter 5.2 cm) and retroverted in position. Myometrial echotexture is heterogeneous. Cervix is broad (AP diameter 3.6 cm). Mild collection in cul-de-sac. Bulky uterus with heterogeneous myometrium. Hypertrophied cervix. what does it mean and is there any problem.
