What Does 'bulky Uterus With Anterior Right Lateral Subserosal Fibroid' Mean?

What does it mean if the uterus is bulky,seen in anteverted position.there is an anterior right lateral subserosal 5.3 cm fibroid. As well, there is a 3.1 cm fibroid seen in the posterior wall f the cervix.
The endometrium is displaced by the large fibroid described with maximum thickness of 4.9 mm
