What Does Bump Near Vagina Indicate?

i have a bump between my vagina and bikini line. it is reoccuring in the same spot this one. i have had them on my butt and underarms before too. this time though is very very painful. i called ask a nurse, she said it was a lesion..or however it is spelled,
