What Does Bumps Under Penis Imply?

About 2 weeks ago I took a number 2 and A LOT of blood came out. I thought nothing of it but it was bleeding for about 5 times straight. Then yesturday I took a piss, and it burned under the penis, when I checked under the penis two bumps where noticed right around the head part. Do I have a std? :(
