What Does Calcified Meningioma In An MRI Report Indicate?

I recently received a mri of the head due to problems with forgetting everyday things. In the report, it states that I have a 9mm calcified meningioma or dural calcification. In addition, it states the sagittal T1 weighted images demonstrate heterogeneous marrow signal but no focal abnormality is identified within the calvarium, clivus,or upper cervical spine. Is this something to be worried about as well?
