What Does Calcified Spot Of 1.5 Over Breast Indicate?

I have my mammogram result back, it said that there is a calcified spot about 1.5 cm. over the left breast at 1 o clock area, should it be called the macro or micro calcified lump? Can ultrasound better to detect the abnormality than mammogram as the mammogram is so painful to me ?
