What Does Chest Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

I have CHF, Congestive Heart Failure, diagnosed exactly 25 months ago, Black, 51 next month. Last 2-2 1/2 weeks slight annoying pain on right side of chest daily. Different types of pain, on scale of 1-10, about a two, more frequent and as i said almost daily for last 20 days or so. I m on Bidil, Carvedilol, Furosemide and Lisinipril, Atorvastatin in the evening. I take a daily fiber supplement 2x daily and a baby aspirin once. Any reason, had extreme high blood pressure all my adult life 160/180 over 100 been normal for me since I was 23, consistently under 140/90 last 6-12 months. Any feedback appreciative.
