What Does Chills,goosebumps And Irregular Periods Indicate?

Hi,how are you?
I was just making some online inquiries about having chills/goosebumps sweating. Is is just a flu? The chills lasted last night for several hours ( 930 pm - 230 am) and I could NOT get warm. I am even having goosebumps in the warm bath! And accompanied by a lack of appetite. I am a 44 year old woman who is also having a stop /start menstrual cycle at the same time - relayed? My periods are always normal an no dig deal...
