What Does Chronic Headache, Tingling Body, Hearing Disability With Dizziness Mean?

I had the flu in January 2010 and since then, I suffer from chronic pain in my head when bending my head/neck, coughing, sneezing, exertion, blowing my nose, etc. I also suffer from some numbness and tingling on my face, arms, and legs. The pain started as a dull ache and then gradually grew to severe pain that never goes away. The pain is worse than a headache. The pain is worse than a migraine. The pain is so bad now that I have to hold my head with both hands when I cough or sneeze. I get dizzy - it affects my balance, my hearing, and my vision. I had a Cat Scan in April 2010 but nothing was detected. I had an eye exam in August 2010 and no vision problems were detected. I am now off work because of the pain. I also suffer from severe life-threatening allergies. I also suffer from a Hearing Disability. My doctor has referred me to an ENT Specialist - appointment in November 2010. I'm frustrated because I do not feel that this pain is related to my allergies or my poor hearing. Can you help?
