What Does Clear Vaginal Discharge With Traces Of Blood In It Indicate?

hi im 14 and i haven't started my period yet but i get this whitish clear discharge in my undies (been going on for around over a year now) but i just saw today that its got blood in it. does this mean my periods starting soon? because its not PURE blood, its just mixed in with the clear discharge. it doesn't hurt down there or anything im just curious if its my period.
