What Does Clear Watery Discharge After Removal Of Mirena Indicate?

I had my mirena removed 1/14/15 , i had a period 2 days later that lasted 4 days . now im having a lot of discharge , watery, clean, little to no smell .. but its a lot of it . should i be worried ? also was that an actual period or bleeding from the removal?
