What Does Clear, Watery Vaginal Discharge Suggest?

All day today it gelt like I was on my period, I had that leaking liquid feeling, but every time I went to tje bathroom and checked there was no blood just clear stuff. Its not think like mucus or discharge sometimes is. I don't know whats going on, can you help me.
